Review: This is one of the few free hosting sites that truly allows all PHP functions and gives you access to cgi, perl, and ssi. This is unique among free hosts and makes this one really worth checking out even if you're an intermediate or advanced webmaster. All in all, their performance and support seem above par. The limited bandwidth could be an issue, however.

I like the extras they give that are usually limited to paid hosting, like Webalizer stats, .htaccess, custom error pages, blogs, and more.
