Review: This one had mixed reviews but most were one the upside, which is why this hosting service comes in at number #10 and not higher. Page loads and an apparent lack of customer support seem to be the biggest complaint overall. There are clearly better options for most applications but for a small beginner's web site, this one will do fine.

I almost toyed with the idea of making this list only the Top 9, but figured what the heck, 10 sounds better!
